Self Practice and Beginners Classes


This Mysore Style Ashtanga Self Practice space is specialised for the needs of women - however, it is open to all. It pays particular attention to core strength, mula bandha, and uddiayana bandha and addresses the particular needs of women i.e. pregnancy, postnatal, menopause. Students work the series at their own pace, with guidance from an experienced Authorized Ashtanga teacher. Self Practice is held Monday to Friday from 9 to 11am in Notting Hill Gate. We honour the major school breaks at Christmas, Easter, and in summer.

Beginners classes are taught every Friday from 9am to 10am, and can be attended by anyone wishing to learn about the practice, eventually leading to self practice.
